inspire - nourish - thrive

The Vitamin Shoppe created a customer driven retail transformation platform and experience incubator in 2016. This is designed to test a broad range of ideas around integrated customer experiences with the goal of launching new retail concepts.
This platform addresses every aspect of our customers’ journey to and through The Vitamin Shoppe. We know our target customers are highly engaged, digitally connected, believe in what we do and live a holistically healthy lifestyle. To win with these customers and maximize their experience with us, we follow a clear and actionable strategy that translates into our guiding brand purpose – “We inspire customers to thrive”.

We are expanding our traditional store-centric model to an omni-channel model – a value proposition that leverages our competitive strengths and connects with our customers the way they want to engage with us.
Our 800 retail spaces are key touch points with our markets. These will become experiential environments which leverage the enthusiasm of our existing customers and attract more thrive-minded consumers to our brand.
